Additional Fees: Takeda Counseling Services does not charge any additional fees aside from the session fee. The client may be charged a fee by their credit card company or bank for payments by credit card or bank transfer (振込).

Cancellation & Refund Policy: We have a 24hr cancellation policy for all scheduled sessions. Client's are responsible for giving at least 24hrs notice of canceling or rescheduling a session; otherwise they will be responsible for the full session fee. Client's are not responsible for the session fee if the therapist cancels the session. There are no refunds for sessions.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept credit card payments via VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover cards as well as bank transfers (振込).

Payment Period: Session fee's must be paid prior to a scheduled online session. Bank transfers (振込) must be sent 3 days in advance.

Price: ¥12,000 per 50 minute session and ¥18,000 per 80 minute session. Individual therapy, child therapy, and parenting typically use the 50min session and couple's counseling typically uses the 80min session. Tax is included in all fees.
